A mutation deck with a difference. Here the key is not to make new mutants, but to utilize a powerful combo with Twin Universe.
For all who don't know about that combo, here it is: When Twin Universe is used on a mutant, the new mutant gains a stat increase between +0|+0 and +5|+5, as well as a different ability. If the old mutant had the momentum ability, so will the new one.
This means that your strategy is to mutate as many Balls of Lightnings as possible, and play your TUs on the mutant with the highest stats. Once a new mutant is made, you'll want to play the next TU on that mutant, then the next TU on the new new mutant, and so on.
If your new mutant has the ability déjà vu you'll want to use that first. It's effectively a free TU! You'll also want to use Lycanthropy and Dive - extra power is always good!
