Strategy

Spoiler for Hidden:

Always play Poisons as soon as possible, unless you have upgraded pendulum/tower then play Arsenic before Poison.
Do not play Deathstalkers until you can play nightfall/eclipse with them, the exception to this is Otyugh, play one Deathstalker to poison it till it can't devour again.
Don't stress on towers once upgraded the quanta shows up as necessary even against permanent control and quanta destruction. As the the deck runs on low quanta and is a speed deck.
Bone/Ivory Dragons are not a priority they are just heavy hitters when they show up.
Dusk Mantles are buffers and help for drawn out games.
Potential addition to the deck would be Steal.

Aye, I've made bazillions of Stalker decks in my days. The one I usually run has Death mark for Stalkers and focuses on removing threats with 6 Drain Life's, 2 Dusks and a Stiletto (3 Steals and Nightfalls). 10 Obsidian Pillars works alright for it. I'd like to pack 12 for more QC resistance, but there's no room.

The problem with your deck is that it functions as a rush, but it's not a rush. You have no control for mitigating damage, and only one Dusk Mantle. It'll get demolished by a simple rush 90% of the time, a PC rush 100% of the time, and those are very common in PvP1/Arena and competitive PvP too. On the plus side it won't succumb to CC as badly as decks that rely completely on Stalkers do, because you have Poisons and two Dragons. The best option would be Arsenics for that purpose, as they add the most for 2 cards, aren't vulnerable to CC and you don't need to pack 6 copies as with Poison. Obvious downside is being affected by shields, but because Stalkers are already completely shut down by the vast majority of them, I find Steals to be absolutely vital already.

Thanks for the insight. 

Indeed this is a fast deck with the scorps and as stated it does average turn 8/9 win.
I missed the 2nd dusk mantle instead of 7 pendulums.(fixed)
This isn't a PVP deck and I wouldnt even think to use it in that fashion, unupped it is purely AI3.
However once its been upped with at least the pendulums and eclipse it does do rather well in bronze as well.(going to test full upgrade in silver/gold)
I did reference under the upgrading spoiler to grab arsenic it is indeed a powerful addition to the deck as well under strategy spoiler mentioned the addition of steal as well.

It definitely needs steals. I would take out dusk mantles and add 3 steals. Since it's a deathstalker rush it needs PC for shields, but if you add steals and don't take out dusk mantle, it'll be quanta starved.

Steals for the Dusk Mantles is a personal choice.
'Personal' play-style I find Dusk Mantle is a huge boon.
Steal is going to help for a number of shields and other nice bonuses, it is definitely a good addition or replacement.
