Now THAT would be awesome!
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`

Yep. I think we've gotten off topic:
Here's what I was intending-

I like the challenge of building a deck with a restricted rule / card set (regardless of whether or not there is a tournament for it). The prime target tournament ruleset provided a good deck building challenge. I wanted to make a spot for people to share / discuss. Particularly regarding duo decks. This board seemed like the right place for that topic. Rather than make a bunch of different posts for each deck idea, a dedicated topic seemed like a good way to keep things organized and self contained.

I got carried away when comming up with ideas.
A couple people screamed spam foul.

The topic then got derailed by arguments over whether or not it would be bad for the upcoming tournament (as posting decks that could be used in it would purportedly encourage copying).

I think that sums it up
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

I think it's ok if u post decks. No harm in that.
But i think you shouldn't post the link in the tourney thread itself. That made people want to click the link and read this thread and some people who didnt want to rack their brains decided to copy decks which would make tourneys not fun. After the tourney then i wouldnt mind.(If i am wrong, go ahead and yell :D)

A streamlined version of the earlier nymph/fallen elf deck posted seemed to work pretty well. It takes a few rounds to get going, but is quite effective when it does.

Then I played an opponent with a deck that killed without relying on creatures for damage and stalled with dimension shield to get set up. I got thrashed... but the deck that did it was cool and original so getting to see it was worth it.

Dimension shield proved to be surprisingly ugly without the possibility of using deflag, or butterfly effect to deal with it.
