So what if your opponent is a time user? Auto-quit?
Depends.  You still get the Siphon Life effect from using Nightmare on GotP, so it's not totally useless.  And if the opponent is relying heavily on Hourglasses and Eternities then you can throw a bunch of these into their hand to slow them down for a bit.  Not much you can do though.

You could try adding in a Vampire or two, if Time decks are too big of a problem.

I was thinking of another idea for the Nightmares of the Past deck:

It's not so fast, but it's more defensive - the quanta denial can stall some opponents until you are set up, while the steals and drain lives are good against monster swarming, like FFQ-bond decks.

This deck is really handy, I can attest, I used pretty much the same one ages ago. the problem is that atm there are tons of time users, so thats when the deck isnt really at its max, the only thing you could do is fight with the GotPs. still a good deck though.

Indeed, against Time-based decks the main strategy is down. But, if it's not a Time-Darkness deck, then there is room for nightmaring Devourers. It's not that good, but it's still a direct-damage and a turn without drawing cards, and it's a nice stall if the opponent has some Hourglasses. :)

Figthing with a Mono-aether vs this was a hard battle... the other guy won in the last turn because i didn't have the shield i needed, butsince you rarely have enough quanta to play a card straight out, you either have to discard something good or suffer 10 damage... a hard choice.

This is my version of this deck. It works really well when played properly. Need to focus on getting the ghost of the past out first then you can try and play everything else.

This version would not work for me at all, RNG tends to spite me every chance it gets as is. I think the deck is better left with 30 cards.

Acsabi, can you update the OP with the unupped version? I'm asking for it to be included in the PvP Decks Archive - if that's all right with you of course.
