Thanks to Arum for the deck idea.

Note: DO NOT USE IN SYNCHRONIZED PVP. This deck was designed to exploit the dumbness of the AI, and will lose against intelligent play

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 4vg 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 8pj

Fairly good for farming silver (approx. 90% win rate). Untested in gold or ai 4

edit: forgot to mention. weaknesses are devour (time and gravity) skill and lobotomy (in both water and aether) skill
edit: another weakness is earthquake skill (fire and water)

Also, here's an image of the deck in action. Elemental mastery FTW

Strategies

Basic: Use nymph tear on water pillar, then use the nymph queen to make the rest of your nymphs. It's rare to need more than two purple nymphs at once. Use shield when you need it. The basic idea is you have infinite antimatter

:entropy Entropy: cry, get your shield out early (to avoid quanta scrambling), and hope you deck them out if they have purple nymphs.

:death Death: get your shield out early to avoid the poison creatures, then ward off any poison by antimattering non-venomous creatures

:gravity Gravity: don't spawn any purple nymphs. ever. if you do, the ortyughs will eat you. then cry when the AI puts down the shield.

:earth Earth: chances have it it's a stall deck. you're gonna need to flood him with creatures

:life Life: the only thing to watch out for in particular is the scorpions

:fire Fire: deflag, immolation, phoenix, firebolt, and the shield are really annoying here. best bet is to antimatter their phoenix and dragons until they run out of firebolts and immolations

:water Water: pretty much play as normal, but freeze is annoying here.

 :light Light: more testing needed

:air Air: Shard of freedom can be a pain here. priority should be antimatter

:time Time: cry, then hope your opponent has neither pharaohs nor reverse time

:darkness Darkness: curse the devourers, and try to antimatter damage dealers ASAP

:aether Aether: antimatter the psions, use shields to block the untargetabbles, and hope they don't have Shards of Wisdom. If they have lobotomizer, you'll need two nymph queens able to make nymphs on field at a time

These kind of decks usually better with entropy pendulums and water pillars supplying your quantum. You just have too test it until the quantum is balanced and btw you have to make the call when it's balanced yourself because QI tools don't work on these kind of decks.

You need the entropy pillars for the purple nymphs.

Also, it's not weak against rush decks - dis. shield stalls

You need the entropy pillars for the purple nymphs.

Or entropy pendulums, as he suggested.

This kind of deck would do a lot better with support. Between water and entropy, you have several additional stalling options to consider, and you can also use novas to splash in things like additional control, enchant artifact to lessen the PC weakness, or PC of your own.

You need the entropy pillars for the purple nymphs.

Pillars/Pends of a given element will produce that element's nymph. Aether pend will generate a Turquoise Nymph. A water pend will produce a Nymph Queen, etc...

Of course this can be improved, I had to follow certain deckbuilding rules.

Weaker than what's posted:

1. You have no protection. At all.
2. Even if you had dissipation shields, you still wouldn't have the entropy quanta to support it.

Not every deck needs protection. This deck, for instance, doesn't, but it still has some indirect defense with Discord, by slowing down your opponent, and by summoning entropy nymphs, which is all you need, really.

It's a slow start, and takes a few turns to get the first nymph out. You usually only spawn one or two antimatter nymphs, because a single purple nymph yields infinite antimatter. In a normal game, I'll have six-seven nymph queens and one purple nymph. In addition, I rarely use more than one nymph's tears.

In addition to the previous weaknesses, you have extremely low damage, and at risk of your plans being ruined because your nymph queen was killed.

Here's my deck in action for clarification:

Pretty much all of this is going to apply to both decks in similar ways. You're choosing to apply the positives to yours and the negatives to his.
