Below is the deck I have been running for what seems like forever. It is fairly successful in Silver arena,
have only tried it in gold a couple of times though. Posting here for others to see and for
comments/suggestions for improvement.

this thing actually works in platinum

mmm nothing much to say, u should probably copy the copies (xdxd) of the cards in that deck; if u play 40 cards with 4 copies of a card u have the same chance to draw a card (and at least one copy of every card) in a 30 card deck with 3 copy of each

improved dusk is pretty useless in a deck with a lot of healing
u don't need so much vampires, u need only 2/max 3 of them, since is a kind of finisher, when u cast fractal on him

The information in the Pestal 101 thread pretty much explains everything.

30 cards is optimal for the highest chance at getting a turn 1 Pest and, ideally, a turn 3 Fractal. Dark Pendulums rather than Obsidian Towers help fuel your :aether quanta for those fast Fractals, while your Pests will keep bringing in the :darkness.

Steals are fantastic, but gearing your build towards fast quanta lockdown can mean they're often unnecessary. Play around with the deck, and see what suits you best.

Great work on the deck, regardless - nice to see you experimenting with the Devourer/Fractal combo, Devtal is typically regarded as one of the most powerful competitive PVP decks around. Like Manuel said, welcome to the forums, and feel free to ask any time if you have other questions!

In addition to what has already been said I think two eclipses should be used as they are really good to have out in hopefully every game for this deck. (Don't confuse this with adding so many eclipses that they would often be dead cards. I think two is optimal)
