The deck doesn't look too bad. I take it you're still in the process of upgrading?

Yes I did: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,29973.0.html
Your deck lacks focus:
1. Drop the lonley mindgate
2. Add three more hourglasses because they pwn.
3. Drop the aether pillars- you get enough quanta from mark+pendulums     Produced  Total Quanta
1. 3+1          4
2. 0+1          5
3. 3+1          9-6(=3)
4. 0+1          4
5. 3+1          8
6. 0+1          9-6(=3)
    Produced  Total Quanta
1. 2+1          3
2. 0+1          4
3. 2+1          7-6(=1)
4. 0+1          2
5. 2+1          5
6. 0+1          6-6(=0)4. Drop the lonely lobo.
5. Drop the lonley (and un-fractalable) dragon.
6. Add an eternity.
7. Add a sprinkle more time pillars and VOILA!: You have a deck capable of farming False-Gods. (see shameless advertisement for more details :) )

Hope this helped :P

Thank you.  :D Yes, still upgrading. However, I'd like it to become more of a slam dunk without needing to be upgraded. That way I'll know it's really ballanced.

I guess I'll just fix this up for ya. =)

WOOT! I like these suggestions! Thank you very much. As far as getting enough  :aether without my pillars, that worries me. But I'll give is a try. Wish I could add an eternity. That's the only reason I still have my other weapon as a back up. Can't seem to win one.  :( However, with these other suggestions, hopefully my wins will increase and I'll get a luck spin. ^-^

I think the Lobo is worth keeping. The deck doesn't have much control, so different kinds would help a lot.

Q-What would you use the lobo for?
A- Lobo-ing things with momentum.

Thing  is; that gods with lots of chargers/momentums are auto-quit even with lobo and the ones with mutations to get momentum and momentums to momentum (augh!) can be reversed with eternity (which you have the quanta for :) )
