If there was a tie, the person with the better match results received the higher ranking*.

If there was a tie even there, the person to end his challenge first received the higher ranking.

This is because I don't want to wait for very inactive people, but at the same time also don't want to throw someone out that might have planned to go on playing.
This also means though that noone with an active challenge has a guarantee to be able to end it. First come, first serve.
