This is an interesting project you're taking up Emerald.
However, here's a few things you may want to consider...
...Someone will start by linking a thread here, then we can break it down if needed. In the early days they didn't have the table to go by, and in many cases the idea maker would group their ideas into one thread. There maybe situations where an idea maker is no longer active on the forum, but we like and want to promote an idea. When this issue happens the forum hierarchy will have to make the decision on what to do.
In regards to the highlighted part, will it just be a community thing (where anyone can post an old card idea) and then start discussion? The topic can easily be disorganized if people try to switch the topic from one card idea to another they think requires more interest - durations should be set if that's the case (perhaps an old idea every week?).
On the other hand, if you have one or two people be charge of linking old card concepts, things would be a little bit more organized, and the community would also be more focused on the one concept during the discussion.
I think it would be wrong to post replies in any old threads. If any part of an old card idea thread needs to be discussed, post in this thread.
I disagree and agree with this statement - having a few people post on that topic to bring it back up again would be interesting and spark some more discussion about the idea again. However, I realize that thread necromancy is rarely cute, so this is going to be quite a chaotic thread for discussion when people talk about certain old card ideas.
I can see what you're trying to do with this, but the system is going to be a little bit complicated for me to create at the moment. Give me a few extra days to try to come up with something to try to bring up nostalgia for some of the forgotten card ideas in the past.
