So, sort of like an Other Nymph and Other alchemy?
Sounds interesting as a method of soft CC though. Could this be countered by Adrenaline?

Other than costing random quanta instead of  :water and having synergy with the card below that might never enter the game and the target being able to use skills for those 3|4 turns, how is this different from Freeze/Squid?
Are the missed differences sufficient to make having both in the game be worth the added redundancy?

The  :rainbow instead of the  :water makes it usable in a mono-[insert fave element here] deck, which doesn't have to be  :water. It's compensated for by being weaker and, also, it 's lack of attack power gives it auto-momentum. Should I give it immortality?

Effects that should be available to every element are rare. This is not a convincing reason to suggest this card.
What makes including it worth the additional redundancy?

PS: No, do not give it immortality unless it fits the mechanical theme.

It can give a creature temporary momentum to bypass shields while you Steal or Explode it away, and you can use its ability, like a Rustler and a Fire Shield.

I had the same thought about freeze as I read the first one, but also thought it was similar to Iridium Warden's ability.

Being in a dream state could make it more vulnerable?  Maybe it could say: "While dreaming, it is killed if another status effect is applied."  Shockwave could also be reworded to instantly kill it along with frozen things.

So a conscious creature is expecting a RoF or Lightning at any time?

I have not had that much experience in war and such, but I think killing a soldier that is fighting or at attention is significantly more difficult than killing a sleeping one.

Edit: I did not say damage, I just said status effect.

Is that limited additional usage worth having the additional redundancy in the game at this point with the small number of cards? Or is it better to suggest a less redundant card? PS: Arctic Squid can allow 1 skill use free from CC shields per 3 turns for a mere  :water :water :water per 3 turns.

If you use it on a Rustler, it can't use its ability.
