What deck should i upgrade?

After a massive cleanup, i am left with 3 decks.

- A3 mono green adrenaline deck (90% winrate) unupgraded

-1 HB mono aether deck (40winrate%) unupgraded

1 pvp imolation/photon deck (50% winrate)

I am left with 15k coins and no upgraded coins. What deck of those 3 should i invest in?

By massive cleanup, do you mean you sold a lot of cards? That's probably a bad idea, since you could have used them in a better upped deck.

As for the AI3 deck, I don't think it's worth upgrading, but you could try to find a better unnupped one. Since it has a 90% winrate, upping it won't change that much. Also, the rewards for AI3 are fairly small, so you should upgrade decks with a more profitable use. 

Now, for the other two, it depends on how upping it would affect it. If one's winrate increases significally when it's upped, up that.

This is just my opinion, so you should listen to others before deciding which to upgrade.

If you have 15k electrum uppgrade 6 RoL and few aether pillar, build a RoL/hope deck and go farm FG.

Otherwise uppgrade the immolation deck and farm arena

^^This. If you have 3 Lobotomizers you can build a pretty cool RoL/Hope deck (IMO, the BEST FG grinder), or if you have 3/4 SoG's you can make yourself a simple Pestal... Actually, both of them should have 3 Lobotomizers and 3/4 SoG's, but their priority varies.
Whatever, if you don't have any of the rares I said, you can always make yourself a cool Arena deck and grind there until you can grind FG's.

I only have 2 lobo's, and do not think i am skilled enough for FG,s.

You can upgrade 9 cards(you leave 1500)
So you can upgrade 6 RoL's, 2 lobo's and 1 tower.
I suggest you to buy RoL/hope with those upgrades, it's very good.

2 Lobos should do the trick. And believe me when I tell you, the only way to be skilled enough to beat a FG is playing against them 
I would write here a god-by-god breakdown, but I should be working right now
So check this post (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14533.0.html) for RoL/Hope. The breakdown tells you everything you should know (it's a bit old, but works for most FG's)

RoL Hope is probably the best semi upped deck to build to farm FG. You can improve the rest of the deck quite fast. Don't try the deck in arena, there are many CC decks.

2 Lobotomizers are enougth.

Just wonder how many RoLs i should make on average before i should fill the rest with dragons.

Depends on opponent, but usually around 13.

13 as an average, When i play miracles or slow healing decks (empathic bond etc), some less, like 9 or 10 RoL.

If there's no CC on the other deck, with a few dragons you can deal.

If you play miror, you have to pray for lobotomizer, the race is on lobotomizing RoL and enlow his hope.
