Weird Dry Spell Deck

So I had this idea to make something similar to the The Dark Art by Chapuz.

But instead of Pandemonium I wanted to use Dry Spell.

Here are two versions I made:

I'd find it interesting to make kind of a pseudo-OTK out of it. Maybe with some Unstable Gas + Dry Spell + Pandemonium + Eclipse.

However, for starters, do you have any suggestions?

Also, the first one has no stalling. I'd rather using the second but maybe you can make a version with dials or so, maybe dims?

I like the idea of using dry spell as an OTK tool like this. I don't mind it not using the excess water, but ice shields would be best probably.

Let's see... First deck - 23 voodoos X 4 dry spell = 92 damage. Play the eclipse on the right turn and you can power this to be an actual OTK if there's no shields.

Second deck - 23 voodoos X 6 dry spell = enough damage for an OTK which means you don't need the eclipse.

Erm, first deck just seems way wrong, You need all Dry Spells and the Eclipse to win.

Wait, really?  Huh, interesting...

For the first version you can stall with Dims, as in Voodoo Mayhem deck by EvaRia (can't link it, I am on my phone). It's pretty hard to ger that many dolla although, as a difference with Mitosis + Bonds. This last one can be outrushed thouh.
Also, pandas instead of Dry spells can be used as early CC if you have more than 4

Basically, I copy pasted Voodoo Mayhem. I haven't done much testing yet but it seems to work. The Dragon is a nice addition because in late game it's a nice critter. Maybe Eclipse could be removed but I kinda like the extra damage the Dolls can deal (23*2 is a great damage burst ). However, the deck is very slow and Dry Spells and Dim's can clock your hand leaving less space in hand when fractalling the dolls.

So I didn't change a lot here. I added some Spectre to support damage and removed the eclipse. I would not play the spectre if you don't have a tower. You can also win by OTK if you fill the field with dolls and use 5 Dry Spells. I kinda would like to see a shield in here, probably dusk shield.
