This has probably already been done before, but I'd like some feedback on this deck, like possible ways to beat it and cards that I could add to counter any type of defeat.

Creatureless decks, momentum, reverse time, mutation... All of the above will pose problems. Not much you can do about them. Playing Quintessence (can be payed for by the Supernovas) on the dolls after playing your other cards on them will stop reverse time and mutation, but also prevents you from further affecting them. Your call.

All decks have their counters; worst comes to worst, hope your last tribute to the RNG gods was sufficient enough.

Edit: You can take some CC like Thunderbolt or Rage Potion to remove problematic creatures like Chargers (Your Basilisk Blood also works there, kinda), and can also serve as a means of direct damage/buff to your dolls if the need arises.

This deck was actually intended for pvp, but I wanted to see some faults before I actually tested it.  I know it works against plenty of ai3s, which was how I modified it to its current standings.

It isn't fast either...16 turns is roughly the time it takes to kill an ai3.
