Upped Fractix is very fast for a domination deck, but it's still a domination deck (MP is 2:1 with attack:cost) unless it packs Cremations. That means it -should- use the space it has left over to add the likes of Phase Shields and/or Firestorms. Even a pure rush Fractix can easily pack 2 Phasies or 1 Phasie and 1 Firestorm for unprecedented defence.
When using unupped Phoenix (1:1 attack:cost), you turn into a slow domination deck, which means that you'll have to invest heavily in defence or CC. Your current build has less CC than a normal Monofire with 6 Phoenixes, 6 Fire Bolts, 2 Fahrens and 2-3 Deflags, and it has zero defence.
Over the years I've made all thinkable Fractal+Dims duos for beating up Half-Bloods (since any Dim duo does it exceptionally well for an unupped deck), and unupped Fractix is sometimes seen in PvP. It packs 5-6 Dims and 2-3 Fractals/Phoenixes (depending on if it packs Deflags or not). Fahren adds very little since you'll want fairly fast
to play an early Phoenix anyway, and it loses offensive power once you Fractal. Lobo, however, compliments Dims in that it can remove things like Momentum, the poison ability of Chrysaora, Butterfly Effect, Elves' Mutation and Pharaoh/FFQ spam with Bonds. Sadly, because we need so much quanta, there's only really room for one copy.
