I'd probably shouldn't be doing a threa for each deck idea I have, but I really need some opinions.

There is no way you're going to get enough aether to manage to spam dim shield AND fractal in time.

I would consider using another kind of shield other than dimensional.
Skull shield isn't terrible, ice shield is amazing, don't underestimate the common shield.
You're not going to get out those chrysaoras on 4 pendulums either.

Try this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
52h 52h 5i5 5i5 5i5 5i5 5i5 5i5 5i9 5i9 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 5jm 622 622 622 622 63a 63a 63a 63a 63a 63a 63a 63a 8pk

This deck isn't too great either, but it seems to be an improvement;
I question how good a target chrysaora is for fractal.

I got no aether quanta problems while testing. But I'm short on water and death quanta. Gonna try your idea, tho.

Edit: The main idea of fractalling chrysaora is increasing poison counter faster while stalling with dimensional shields. It's fun doing 40 poison damage per turn. I just have (water and death) quanta problems.

For note, most poison decks end the game with around 20 poison counters. Aiming for 40 is a weird, unfeasable combo.

Also for note, the poison spell deals 2 poison counters and is one of the best spells in the game.

Also for note, consider mitosis. It's cheaper than fractal.

First, let's look at the mechanic of Fractaling.

- You pay to play a critter onto the field.
- You pay to Fractal said critter.
- You pay to play fractalled critters onto the field.

With a 0 attack critter like Chrysaora you have added yet another step before its of use to you....
-  Pay for its ability... and that's gonna take a turn because of summoning sickness...
So that critter is Very Inefficient as far as fractal is concerned...

Generally speaking, a Low Cost, High Attack critter would be a much more suitable target for Fractal.

What Bripod said, unless you plan to stall with Squids or dim shields, so it's a poison stall instead of rush
