Simply put, my grind against FGs is very slow. And my win rate is likely about 25% or less. And those wins usually take about 10-15 minutes. I want to improve....everything. I'm more than willing to sell cards to upgrade others. I have 4300 electrum, and I noticed I actually had 7 Supernovas and 8 Hourglasses, so I can easily right off the bat sell 3 more upped cards.

A few other notes that could limit me:
5 Lobotomizers, 3 Vampire Stilletos, 2 Eternities, 8 Owl's Eyes, 1 Morning Star,  (O water weapons), 4 Fahrenheits, 6 Druidic Staffs, 5 Pulverizors, 5 Arsenics, 2 Discords, 2 unupped purple shards, 3 unupped green shards.

1 Nymph's Tears
1 Light Nymph
1 Red Nymph
1 Green Nymph
2 Purple Nymph

I'm just looking for something that's quick and good against FGs. I'm trying to really build up my deck before I start arena. You can see though that I'm limited on weapons and nymphs.

Or a link to a great rainbow deck would be great (if it's a topic with pages and pages of posts, please link me to where the latest deck is for the current patch).

Many thanks!

stats have been taken
2-3 minute games when you get used to the deck, that includes losing too, so every game is fast
40%-45% win rate

I gave the best help I could by linking him to that deck.  It takes some getting used to though.

If you still want to go with a large Timebow:
  • Optimal quanta base for a 60-card Timebow is usually 22 Quantum Towers. As your deck gets larger, Supernovas lose their effectiveness -- they're designed to be early-game quanta accelerators, so they work better in smaller decks (think 30-40 cards)
  • Creature base. 3 Otyugh, since you want to draw it earlier than the other creatures. 1 each of the Queen and Druid, as they're mostly your Oty's supporting cast. Optional: 1 Crusader, if you want to dual-wield your weapons without using Flying Weapons.
  • 2-3 Quintessence. I can't stress how important it is to play creatures with Quintessence, as it completely negates most sources of creature control that the FGs can throw at you. You'll generally want one on your Otyugh, and one on either the Queen or Druid, and one on your Crusader (if you're playing with it).
  • 6 Hourglasses. You really do need that many to function properly, since you want your card draw in the early stages.
  • Healing. Just two Bonds won't cut it anymore -- you need to use a good mix of Shard of Gratitude and Sanctuary (I would probably say somewhere around 4 SoG, 2 Sanc) to make sure that you survive the early game. Miracle is not as important when you have Sanctuary around to use up that early :light quanta.
  • Weapons. You don't really need that many; 1-2 Pulverizer and 1 Eternity are generally enough. Flying Weapons aren't really needed, but if you really feel the need to include one copy (or a Crusader), then go ahead.
  • Shields. 3 Phase Shields are enough for your :aether quanta base, especially when you'll be adding Quintessence. 2 Bone Walls are good. You may wish to add 1 Permafrost Shield (it's one of the most powerful shields because of the freeze effect), as your :water quanta is not being used.
  • Utility cards. Sundials are good if you want them there. RoF is good at two copies. You may want to use unupped Boneyard instead of Graveyard, since all you're using those Skeletons for is just mutation bait, but if you're rewinding them for Undead bait, then you can use the upped version. You probably don't need too many of the Deflags and Steals, especially when you've got 2 Pulverizers; one Steal is probably enough, maybe 2 at the most.
Some other options:

CCYB (1.27 updated edition) (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25878.0.html) -- one of the most commonly-played rainbow FG-killers out there. Fairly fast, pretty simple to play.
RoL/Hope (Archangel variant) (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14312.0.html) -- a fast deck with a comparable win rate to CCYB.
I'm doing science, and I'm still alive.

Level 2 Magic Judge.
