Need some advice for Pegasus deck

I haven't played Elements for a while and would like to have some help to make this deck work better in Arena.

Simplify it. I had a similar deck. It was Mark of Air (consequently no Air cards) 6 Pegasus, 6 Blessing, 12 Light Pillars, and just 6 of some shields/healing/creatures. I see you have an upgraded Eagle's eye, so you probably don't want to go that route. Just change to mark of Air, and try to slim it to 30 cards. As long as you have two weapons, you may want a Flying Weapon. I find Fog Shield more effective than Mirror Shield. Holy Flashes don't really need to be in there. Sanctuaries aren't really necessary. Get rid of the angel if you only have one of them. That's all I can think of.

Mark of Air is good idea, but how well the Fog Shield works?
Holy Flashes are for EM's after using Miracle (they also kill Dark and Death creatures) and Sanctuarys are against Discord, Black Holes, Pests etc. and they heal.

Do you think something like this will work better?

2 wind tower don't make sense. 4 life pendulums are definetly better - you don't need those either though. What for? You can dive with 1 creature every turn, and there are more reasons to buff only 1 creature than to buff all.

Have you thought about Longbow instead of Morning Glory in this deck?  It's 1 damage less and not shrouded, but it costs 3 less to play.  I don't know if that's worth it, though.  Longbow is faster, but weaker, so you could make an argument either way for it.  Also, with only 10 pillars, aren't you going to be quanta screwed a lot?  Your cards aren't really high costed, but it still looks like you need 1 or 2 more pillars to me.  (though maybe QI argues differently; I haven't checked)

Otherwise I agree with all changes you've made so far, as they are an improvement.

Your last improvement is great. Maybe add a tower or two, and fog shield makes opponent miss 40% of time btw.

Looks good. The central core of the deck is 6 blessings + 6 peggy, and you have that. I'd personally use other cards than holy flash and solar shield over mirror shield, but mono light is pretty good.

Why Holy Flash? You CAN use Holy Flash to get EMs, especially in combination with Miracle.  Against AI3, I had much success with this combination, but I needed more Flashs and Miracles for a good EM rate. Arena is stronger. Sanctuaries are probably not strong enough to get your HP close to 100.
I would not use Holy Flash, here, not in Bronze (because of low  rewards).
If you still want to get EMs with this combo: -1 Holy Flash, +1 Miracle (and a few more pillars). A Miracle is much more useful than a Holy Flash. You need a 2 card combo for EM.
It doesn´t matter for your EM rate of your combo, if you have 2 copies of Holy Flash and 1 copy of Miracle, or 1 copy of Holy Flash and 2 copies of Miracle.
With 2 Miracle, you survive longer.More wins, absolute number of EMs increases.
You can also use air quanta generators to get more "dive". Then, I would use light pendulums with air mark for consistance of your deck, or air pendulums with light mark.

Arena players like Deflagration and Steal. Morning Glory is ok because of that, Long Sword, Gavel, Long Bow are other good choices.
The Mirror Shield is good, Fog Shield probably better. 40% miss chance means "up to 66 extra HP". Stacks with Miracle.
