I tried the RoL SoP combo suggested (back when I was still using mind flayer rather than phylasia) and it was fun and pretty brutal when it worked. When it didn't it was unbelievably frustrating.
I had many situations of "Yes finally got 5 RoL's time to lay down flooded flayas, boi!"
The next turn, I'd be met with an Eagle's Eye; oh and an explosion for the flooding as well. Either way CC is the one of the most annoying chinks (out of many) in the armor of SoP deck's. Using the Arctic Squid for stalling would be good, but it eats up precious water quanta, which is also needed for flooding--if you're trying to incorporate that too--and the other creatures you're trying to buff with SoP. What makes this so frustrating is that SoP requires too many conditions to get the benefit of the full buff. Water creature + flooding + One turn delay = recipe for disaster if one thing goes wrong.
Nice use of poison, but it feels like abandoning SoP idea for another Phylasia poison spam deck. *shrugs* Maybe it's just me.
