I guess you could go a pure rush version but it would be extremely frail and not all that fast so...

Either way you'll only need 3-4 fractals max.

Aether mark, 2/3 fractals, 3/4 Gotp, time pendulums, and some dim shields to stall until you can fractal your Gotp.
