Even if it had a 100% win rate, in the time it took you to win 100 games, any FG deck with a 50% win rate would have won 250-500 games.
I'm sure that it seems this way, but I don't think the math adds up. The above means that FGs deck out in about 45 turns, on average. 100 won games at 45 turns would be roughly the same amount of time as 50% won at 200 games of 22.5 turns, which is probably not
that far from reality.
Obviously a 100% win rate is a pipe dream but you can see why pursuing a high winrate, even if it takes longer, might be desirable. I noted above that deck out decks might require less thought and be faster to play a turn than a conventional deck.
One of the bigger problems with a deck out deck is that it's so difficult to find what you're looking for in a 60 card deck, especially if you can't draw. Additionally, some FGs will hold seven creature control cards if you're playing a creatureless deck, which means they only draw one.
