That should be your base build. Now for the fun part. Customization!
The main focus of the deck is to make your opponent annoyed and then ragequit. Because of this, your opponent has two choices:
A. Ragequit
B.Survive 5 hard hitting Phoenixes
 
Cards to add!
Gravity
Momentum:Make your opponents shield useless.
Gravity Fire Eater: Pretty obvious. Nice card to add.
Gravity Pull: Useful for killing annoying critters like Otyugh.
Black Hole: Use this if you face a lot of rainbows in PvP1.

Ragequit decks are usually sixty or photon bouncing decks.  Decks that lock the opponent so that they just sit there and either wait and run of cards or rage quit.  This deck thread is nice, but it's a rush deck, not a rage quit deck in my opinion.

Yes, for example this one (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,3807.0.html) is quite famous, and this one (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,35411.0.html) is the one I made based on MrSexington's one.

There are another styles of locking though, but I like the Afla+Antimatter one.

Decks that consist of hard, fast attackers are rushes.
Any good CC/Healing will destroy this deck.
