This is a golden salvage for us, extra death cards in the first round.  Maybe 2/2/2 poison/arsenic/bonewall.

Dims are good here.  Maybe 1 extra fractal.  A radical idea is to take Stone Skins and make a death immortal type deck (we did it last war).

We can actually discard the dims if we salvage them back from the earth/aether deck.  Idk what else to discard.

I really hate losing with this deck.  I don't want to toss wings this early, but we'd have to toss a bunch of death to keep it.

As a side note, we gained 1 relic, team has to discard 3 random cards, and we have to discard 3 random cards.

Acsabi's match: POISONS AND BONE WALLS.  WE NEED THESE.
My match: Eternities, RTs and the Hourglass.  Just in case we ever make an RT Pharoah deck.  Or we could take the pharoahs, but they're less versatile and cost more overall. 3xEternity2xRT1xHG
Jippy's match: Dims! Maybe one fractal, but leaning more towards more dims. 6xdim
Shantu's match: So much to choose from.  Momentum, AW, BH, Discos, all good.  Tempted to ditch the BHs and go with 1xMom1xAW4xDisco.

Added the decks and my feedback.  I'd like to get this done relatively quickly, so lets get a discussion going.

Shantu's match: 1 mom definitely the rest is between 4 disco 1 aw or 5 BH


Discard 1: some dim shields depending on how many we salvage
Discard 2: could toss shockwave and some arses then 7 pillars


Conversion: we should convert some of the time cards we got to keep a safe buffer with the pillars we are discarding

time deck: 2 RT, 2 eternity, 2 dragon (death duo or convert)
   deck: 6 dim (for discard)
   deck: 4 discord, AW, mom.

Discard:
Ralouf's deck: 6 dim, 1 fractal, 5 pendos
DSSCRA: 4 pillar, shockwawe, arsenic, dragon, 5 pendos.

convert:
3 discord, 1 RT into 4 pillar
2 eternity, 2 dragon 1 RT into 5 pendos (or not... depending on wether we want a time duo later on)

Death/Light duo: agreeing with Csabi, 3/1/2. But 3/3 shouldn't be bad either. Or 4/2.
Mono time: I'd rather take ghosts than dragons. I don't quite like eternity because it is so expensive, but may be useful to have one. I'd go 2 RT, 1 Eternity, 3 ghosts because they are awesome hitters and we can use our in-element creatures less.
Earth/Aether stall: I'd love to have some stoneskins to prevent Water from dominating us with that entropy stall.. and it's good to have one anyway. But I understand the need to replace the dims.
Grav deck: agreeing with Csabi.

Of course, if we gonna convert these, ignore my suggestions.

DSS: could discard some wings and get them back from propaganda maybe. don't go overboard with in-element discards.

Or we can use the prop bonus to replace the dims, salvage stone skins and discard the stuff Csabi listed from DSS's deck.

Okay I made an sdpc plan.

In my plan, we get back exactly to our vault before round 1. I think this is a good thing to aim to.

Salvage:
   :3 poison, 1 arsenic 2 BW
  1 RT 5 time factory (we lost an RT due to assassin, the factories are for conversion)
   :6 dims (to discard)
DBH: 1 FW 1 mom 4 grav pend (1 FW goes to the vault, the rest is for conversion)

Discard:
   : 6 dim 6 pend (we are down 6 pends)
   : 6 pendulum 1 wings 4 pillar 1 mark  (we are down 12 pends and 4 pillars and a mark)

9 extra cards from propaganda:
3 death pendulum (we are down 9 pends)
1 wings
4 pillar (to get back even on pillars)
1 mark
(we get back one half of our discards)

convert:
5 time factory into 5 pendulum (we are down4 pends)
4 grav pend into 4 pendulum (we are back even on pends)
(we get back the other half of our discard)
1 momentum into 1 pillar (recovering event card bid)


This puts us exactly where we were, minus a steal. Unfortunaltey we cannot recover it this round.
We'll  also have plus 1 FW, 2 poison 1 arsenic and 2 BW compared to our starting vault.
