7 of the 8 teams choose a deck from their vault for each of their matches. Light splits their vault into two pieces, one for each player, and then each player chooses a deck from their mini-vault for each match.

I think we're pretty well off. We get an extra round of scouting to see what the winner's vault looks like, and we probably won't have to face Gravity. I have a feeling Zeru is going to use a RoL/Hope to slay Fire. Darkness will use GotP/N to beat Earth, of course. Right now we should probably look through the recent decks of Light and Darkness to try to piece together their vaults.

Plagues to counter Rol/Hope. Only problem is if they go dim stall here with a bigger deck. I am thinking of actually making this 38 cards since they will likely split decks 38/38 for versatility. Likely Zeru will end up with a few novas and some rainbow cards like a deflags. The Rols will be split from the angels so we don't have to worry about angel spam. Just Fractal dragons (maybe archangels) with them saving their deflag to do a burst. Doesn't seem like an entirely difficult matchup.

For Fire, a standard mono seems like the clear choice; something like last round's deck. Maybe with no Arsenics, hoping they use PC. We could use a 5th Bone Wall if we don't spend space on two Arsenics. I don't think we have other options. Wings won't block much, Dimshields will be exploded, and Fractal is too slow for Fire's fast decks.

Yes agreeing with Roots a mono with bonewall upped (5) + recluse upped (2) + poison upped (2) and some mummy and dragon looks the best choice.
That's sad we didn't have lightning anymore but this looks like a good match up.

I think we should only upgrade three Bone Walls and use the other two for Poisons. I don't think Fire is going to use Immo on us, so there's no need to have the quanta for a Bone Wall as soon as possible. The upgrade for Poison helps, especially if Fire is running heavy CC and we have to rely mostly on Poison for damage.

One plague is pretty much useless IMO. They also have immos which Napalm can use if the Phoenixes gets infected.
