Those are the only two on that list that I have lost to in Tournaments, which is pretty much how I rate people.

I haven't played sodtiwaz, but he's mature player who seems to know what he is talking about in chat.

Take a look at ji412jo (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,13052.0.html).  Favourite element is Darkness, already has a Devourer avatar, and he has enough rares and some upped Darkness cards.  I've just talked to him in chat (he is always in chat) and he said he'd be interested as long he would get to participate and not just be a benchwarmer.  ji412jo gets my vote as a replacement.

I like ji412jo too.  There are a number of good options available I think.  Should grab someone while the grabbing is good though, as I see other teams are losing people and looking for replacements as well.

Personally, as long as they're cheap and fairly organized/mature/responsible, then I have no qualms about who we pick up.

ji412 seems like a decent choice (I've talked to him before as well in the off hours). Malignant is a good PvPer, but he's been acting a bit crazy lately... How fast can we get someone (ugh... all these number names >_<) into our Team? Will it be okay if we give them the 'Duel Organizer' position by chance?

ji#jo is active but his deck strat comprehension thingy (watchumacallit) is seriously lacking

sod is kinda active for a newb...i guess and coming from M:tG backgroud hes a quick learner but hes a bit of a douche and we only have room for one (me!)

malignant is ALWAYS in chat...same as spalsh(??@!!!) but i dont really see them having potential but if you want commitment, you cant do better than either of these two blokes
