NOTES:	The element is randomly chosen, meaning you have no control over it. Much more effective against rainbow than monos, and best in a rainbow as well. Neat idea ddevans. Entropic and all! ^_^

I'd leave Roulette of Destiny's play cost at 4

though. The jump to 12 quanta is already a lot.

It was 3 in my files but I was going to change it to 4 and forgot. Changed as you were posting
