NOTES:
This card will target any creature with an ability that cant be used. This means that you can cast it on a creature you just played to use its ability right away, but the creature will be  unusable the following turn, since it will be delayed as if from Procrastination.

You can cast it on a creature that just used its special ability, to use its ability again the same turn. Again, creature will be delayed next turn.

I made it a cheap card, else it may be cheaper to just pack another creature rather than use this card.

Reminds me a lot of D&D's Celerity spell. As such, I'm pretty much against this. :P Could be ok, though. Maybe increase the cost a bit.

I have totally different opinion on this card. I think it's very underpowered

Maybe removing the delay effect, or change so it will affect all creatures.

I agree with Thalas. It's underpowered. I'd get rid of the delay effect.

Well, for 1 :time you could:
- devour twice with Oty
- improve twice with Fallen Druid
- use mutant ability twice (i.e. steal, destroy, devour...)
- lobo twice

For the cost of losing your next turn. Now I do wonder: which is best, in terms of control? Destroying two creatures or permanents now or waiting another turn for them to use their abilities?

It's broken when you combine it with Dive, since you can play more than 1 Time Travel on your diving creature per turn.

Thanks you all for great feedback :D

I agree with Thalas. It's underpowered. I'd get rid of the delay effect.
The reason for the delay is that you are basically using a future use of the skill. It's not about giving you more, its about getting the most you can when you need it most. I decided to delay rather than just not allow the use of the skill next turn because some skills are related to damage, and this is a card is all about speeding up specialty skills (like devour, Dive, steal, destroy, lobotomize, Queen, mutate) rather than helping out the growing skills (like growth or ablaze). Not that I think they are overpowered, I just don't think they need the help.

Sure, you can play multiple Time travels. That is the most efficient use, I think, since I don't think delay counters stack. I could make them stack, but I think that having a delay at all is already enough of a drawback.

Dive is the most powerful combination with this card, with 5 TimeTravel cards on 1 elite worm, you would deal 320 damage, and that's ignoring any buffs. I don't see how I can mitigate that though.

this is for all of those out there saying dive creatures make this op,
wyrm (unupped) 3|3 double dive 12|3 12 damage, next turn delayed, 0 damage, 12 net damage
restart, no Time travel, 3|3, dive 6|3, 6 damage, 3|3, dive 6|3, 6 damage, 12 net damage, it is not op. multiple uses however would be something to worry about

I agree too. It also could dispell all the delaying on the target creature. That will be a great combo with the basilisk blood.

Really? People feel it is upderpowered? Well, I guess I'll set up a poll on three ways to buff it. Decreasing the cost to 1/0, removing the delay, or letting it attack twice. I really feel the delay is necessary, but I'll follow the poll.

how can you guys not want the delay, it helps limit the use of it multiple times, albiet a short limit but a limit nonetheless, i'll vote keep the delay
