That would only increase the win condition cost by 7.
Perhaps -2 Casting Cost, +2 Activation Cost upgraded? [Win Condition turn 6 for an adjusted cost of 24]

Also, the flavor is really fitting.

If you bless it and spilt. You will get two 3|3 stars. and no they wouldnt grow. So you have to be careful about when you want to split. But you can use this to protect them from cc, if someone poisons your 6|6 star with a bunch of poison. you can split it and get 2 3|3 stars that arent poisoned.

right now, neither would keep momentum. because you are killing the original star and producing two new stars. It is hard to buff these effectively. but i think the exponential growth is enough of a buff. once youve filled your field you can buff them individually

This card has another effect: It can fill quickly the central row, allowing a combo with Flooding and Shard of Patience too, and I like it

Wait. What if you used Overdrive on a Sea Star? Would the overdrive skill replace the regeneration skill or would the split skill be replaced and the creature would continue to raise atk indefinitely by regaining hp?
