Hm, maybe a higher cost would be appropriate?
I'm fine with the weapon part, but I'm pretty sure that the shield part is OP. Being able to block 5 damage is just too much (it's even worse if it stacks).
Would just mean more stall decks, there is RoL/Hope that blocks way more already
This comparison isn't really valid, as keeping a big hope shield up means keeping a bunch of creatures up too, which means that it's vulnerable to the much more plentiful CC. This, on the other hand, only requires keeping 2 cards, both of which are permanents. This card running around would basically force every deck to include some kind of PC.
Consider hope/RoLs requires
1)Fractal
2)A RoL
3)Hope
and reduces a ton of damages, while NOT being susceptible to PC and dying (unless more RoLs are played, which is not so hard) to mass CC.
This one on the other hand requires a NON IMMORTAL shield to be kept up at all times, and this card. This combo would be quite susceptible to PC although maybe more cost efficient.
