If it delays itself every other turn and gains +2 atk every other turn, isn't that basically a +1 atk per turn? Seems a bit expensive for something starting off with 0 attack and only attacks every other turn. Only thing I see with this is that it's a fire creature that can be combo'd with rage pot.
