id recommend increase in cost to 7 uped and unuped that way it takes more than just 2 damn quanta towers to summon this bad boy (mom whatever) up

I'm no sure if that's necessary or not. Sure, you'll be able to summon it with relatively little in the way of quanta, but you'll be at a loss when it comes time to actually use the ability. Two quantum towers won't be anywhere near enough to power consistent use of the ability.

Redundant considering the spoiled idea Zanz already has coming.

Spell - Target Creature gains the ability Spawn.
Spawn - Put a fresh copy of this creature into play.

PS: NOTE : Parturient is not the same as Pregnant

Pregnant is carrying a developing child/fetus
Paturient is the act of giving birth.

That card would only allow you to summon, for example, an elite charger if you have an elite charger.

Pregnant Dragon allows you to summon elite chargers if you have a massive dragon. Don't even need an elite charger in the deck, leaving room for even more dragons.

I like.

Interesting.

Ability Value = Value of spawned card (upgrade cost reduction not included) +2 (Spawning constant) -2 (additional turn of delay/requiring additional card) - (0 if cost is 1 quanta, 1 if cost is 2-3 quanta and 2 if cost is 4 quanta)

Currently
ElementDragonAbility CostAbilityAbility Value
:aetherPhase Dragon :aether :aether :aether Generates an Immortal.5
:aetherElite Phase Dragon:aether :aether :aether :aether Generates an Elite Immortal.6

I would suggest the following. I changed the activation costs and spawn created so the value is 3|4 (with the exception of Gravity which upped is valued at 5 but requires a UP dragon) The result is that the Parturient Dragon will be worth 6|5 elemental quanta (~18|15 other quanta). This 18|15 cost could be split between casting cost and initial activation cost [CC 14|11, AC 4|4].

1) Currently Parturient Dragon does not create a Minor Phoenix when targeting Crimson Dragon (That was just my suggetion. GG didn't go with it)
2) Why/how would it break pvp 1?
