Death has 2 shields everyone is ok with that.
it should be like 11%, so it'll be 11*5 equals 66 and they do stack

In essence, yes.  Though unlike shields, this won't effect immaterial creatures.  But I must admit, I do like the option of stacking permanents like this.  Feral Bond is the only thing that comes to mind off the top of my head that stacks.  Though there is diminishing returns to worry about, but that's just part of the fun!

Why do you suggest that?  It's expensive and card heavy to get enough poppies to boost it really high.  But it's there if you want it.
