i honestly feel like the cost should be increased. it has the potential to be to powerful in my mind.

I like the card itself. It fits fire from a roleplay point of view, but with deflagration, fire already has a counter to shields or sundials. Id rather see it as a life card, where it would fit both from a RP perspective as well as from balancing. Would be a bit sad about the name though, its great for a fire card. :p

One more thing: The benefit from upgrading this card is too high. +2 instead of +1 is already quite a huge boost, it really shouldn't become cheaper aswell.

Yeah SoP,Warden,Freeze and the shields that cause misses or blocks. okay will adjust accordingly.

Can you explain what "full" means? Creatures' ATK values automatically become their "full attack" value if their "current attack" is greater than their "full attack" at the end of their attack.

This seems legitimate.

I don't quite see the thematic connection, but it seems balanced. Though Fire doesn't really need any other cards, IMHO.

Eh, then I think the card text has room for improvement, as if the "full" ATK does stay at 4 as you've implied then by default the attack would revert to 4 at the end of every turn, and thus you would require some card text to state otherwise. What about replacing that statement to "Set to 4 if successful."?
