NOTES:
Ok, so the idea is to return the creature to the way it was when it was first played. This would get rid of negative effects like poison on it or undo abilities and such. Would work well on your creatures and the opponents. Wording may need work.

The card would kill the creature and put it back into play as if you just played it.

Dead and alive is Schrödinger Cat's skill, and will not restore the cat to its original stats. If this is to be used as an instant restore, I suggest changing the name.

I think that returning to the original state is a mechanic that involves :time (because it goes to a past status) or :aether (because Aether it's timeless, and this is something that reset the time).
Other fitting elements could be :life (for rebirth).

I cannot find a reason for it being :entropy now, but i understand that it was like this because its old version was "Dead and Alive" that is an :entropy ability.

That's a neat card.  One use for it that nobody mentioned yet would be to play on mutants.  The mutant would revert to what the actual card says, rather than whatever random mutation it got.  I know when I used to play scaredgirl's beginner FG grinder that I would on occasion use Eternity on a mutant that had a really good creature as its base, like maybe an Amber Nymph with devour, for example, that is far more valuable in its original form.

I think it's costed appropriately.  It's kind of like a lobotomize or rewind, but not really.  It's also in most cases weaker than the in-element antimatter, so it should definitely be cheaper than that.

The uses I see for this card:
-change mutants to whatever the printed card says
-shrink your opponent's pumped creatures.  (that 30/24 lava destroyer? sorry, it's 7/1 again. that 5/10 otyugh? sorry, 0/5 now)
-healing a creature and/or curing its poison/aflatoxin
-unlobotomizing something by giving back an ability it lost somehow
-I suppose it could rebirth a phoenix, but that's a waste
-undoing antimatter

Haha, one question I just thought of, what happens if you play this on a Pharaoh or creature that used to be a Mummy or Skeleton, but got rewound?

Others use for this card:
-restore crusader's endow
-restore deja-vu's ability
-anti-antimatter
-anti-liquid shadow
-anti-basilisk blood or freeze
-great on voodoo dolls and armagios!

What happens if you cast it on an animated weapon? It becomes a normal weapon again??? I think this would be a really nice side-effect!

You don't have to put "instant"
Reversal is ok i think

This will be fun to use. Soft CC against growing creatures, or used to restore creatures. But how will this work with mutation?

What if you play it on a Woodoo Doll?
Will the opponent heal himself too if it is injured?
Will he purify if it is poisoned?
