I like the idea behind this, very clever.  Looking at her (targeting), freezes.  Maybe even it could apply Basilisks Blood to creatures if they target it?  Too OP maybe?

Hmm... this creature is balanced statistically, I can say that.  I don't think the ability is powerful enough to encourage a 1 QC(quanta cost) raise.

Good card, thematically fit and interesting mechanic. One question though: can the ability be lobotomized?

Looks balanced.

However I am unsure if it is Darkness or not. (It probably is Darkness but I do not see the reason)

Also great mechanic. Very Voodoo and very creative.

The effect of the spell or ability will still effect Medusa.  So its a battle decision whether or not the player will choose to leave it alone, allowing for it to be buffed continuously and eventually become a headache, or to take it out and accept the delayed effect.
