NOTES:
This is a brand new style of playing. A card that not only has a skill that requires an activation cost, but can be activated by BOTH you and your opponent. When it is your turn, the card will have a skill cost of 1 :gravity at the bottom, the skill name being "High Tide". By activating this skill (can be done multiple times in a single turn), you increase the odds that the opponent's creatures will miss by 10% each click.
When it is your opponent's turn, your shield can be activated by him/her, and the skill cost and name will change. It will now be called "Low Tide" and the skill cost will be 2 random quanta. When they activate this skill (can be done multiple times in a single turn), it will DECREASE miss chance by 5% for each click. When this card is upgraded, the cost for Low Tides increases by 2.

I love this idea, and I would definitely use it if it were to be implemented in the game.

I had just changed it. If you upgrade it, the cost for Low Tides increases by 2.

Skills that can be activated by either side aren't a new idea. I remember that I saw a creature before that had high stats, but an ability that could be used by either side to reduce its stats.
Putting that aside, nice card. It would be a bit confusing if you just found it in the bazaar, but I like the idea.

I really like the idea, but the ability cost for Low Tides is a killer for every mono deck. You have to pay 1 gravity quanta (which you can do multiple times per turn) while your enemy has to pay 8 quanta to revert the effect. (talking about the upped one obviously)
A lower cost, however, would make it rather weak against any kind of rainbow deck.
My suggestion would be to add a cap at about 80% miss chance. Nothing you can't beat, but will slow down the opponent immensly.

Great card, but like GrimReaper said you should have a cap other wise this could be OP with a 100% miss chance. But even an 80% miss i reckon is still to big perhaps just a 60 or 70%. And im guessing when you play it, it starts at zero?

I would change the activation costs to
:gravity :gravity :gravity| :gravity :gravity [10%]
2|3 [-10%].
Casting cost would probably get to decrease.
