i believe it is one rainbow but put 1 :rainbow just to avoid confusion, otherwise really decent card, just might wanna reduce cost by 1 for each upped and unupped
i wonder if anyone has posted on a topic 00:01:40 or less after the topic was posted like i have, probably, just want some proof

1 :rainbow drain per turn for 4 turns
20 damage over 4 turns

Neat Ball Lightning.

For a net cost of 3|2 quanta you get ~7|4 Spark|Ball Lightnings

I'm not sure if your analysis is saying its a good or bad thing or if its just being analytical. I'm also still not sure how I broke the table after looking at it.

I was being primarily analytical secondarily saying that it is a good card to add.
