Now, this might actually be the first underpriced card in the series.  Rather than upping the cost, however, I suggest lowering the buff.  +1|+1 may seem to week, but it is widespread and would make Fractal BL an issue...

Would Gravity Pull count as negative?

Umm......yeah, now that I realize about fractal, I think I shld both nerf to +2|+2 and increase the price to 13 or something like that.

13 -->12|12 dragon or 2 7|7 archangels
13 -->+2/+2 for every creature, only need 6-7 photons to be better. (Of course, shields matter a lot. This really reminds me of SoP)

Also why this is an issue with RoL/Hope.  You can secure your RoLs and you don't need individual finishers...  The RoLs become them.

Eh?  I wouldn't do so much.  I'd lower the boost to +1|+1 And keep the cost as is.  doesn't need mass lobotomy either...
