OMG This (+ Discord) + Black Hole = Super control deck. Because of my fear of the super control deck, I'd suggest raising the ability cost +1|+1. Or something similar.

Yes it does.

Keep in mind the that pools need to be specific ones, e.g. "Destroys and whenever it attacks."

reworked it to abide by the rules, it's now kind of a soft counter for discord, or could be used to use things like quantum pillars to generate quanta of your mark.
