I think I've heard Garuda before. Probably from a FF game; I'll check. Yep. FF Mystic Quest.

Anyways, why is 2 attack worth 1 extra cost? t just seems an odd rate.

Garudas are common JRPG enemies. They are generally large birds with strong wind based attacks, often being shielded by the wind they produce for story purposes (but not battle). This kind of fits with that.

TU? What does that mean again? And Garuda's damage blasts are spell type damage?

TU = Twin Universe (Upped Parrel Universe)

Cards that will trigger its ability (this is just purely conjecture):
-Blessing (and its upped version)
-Momentum (and its upped version)
-Chaos Power
-Rage Potion
-Sky Blitz

Not a bad list overall, although 2 of them aren't as effective as one would think. On that note Hyroen, yes; putting icons next to your cards in the Submissions thread does help, but it's not necessary.

Card text: if Garuda receives an attack increase this turn, deal direct damage equal to that increase to the enemy.
Question:
It deals direct damage instead of the attack increase or in addition of the attack increase? Also, i think you can take out "this turn" from the card text.
