Well, very interesting concept anyways, nice job. However, are you sure the price fits?

This is my one question which still remains unanswered because despite my own opinions, I know that I can't perceive absolutely every single situation this card can be used in, which is where the community's help is needed. My reasoning for settling on the current cost was based on two possibilities:
1) The cost of either is lowered. Lowering the unupped version would obviously make it pointless to upgrade the card, so that's out the window. However, decreasing them both even by 1
is where complications arise. While I have no doubt that the mechanics of this card, and the card itself is balanced, I then had to ask myself if its use in any particular deck would be far overpowered than any others. I came to the conclusion that this being used in a Speedbow would be on the borderline of being abused. Reason being that having this card's effect be able to be used in these types of decks at the drop of 2 Supernova could be disastrous for opposing decks.
2) The current price is, in my opinion, the middle of the road approach. This card, though incredibly useful in certain situations, is also more than capable of being a double-edged sword if lady luck is not on your side. Reverse Time effects would also counter this card with devastating efficiency. Based on this, it would be an even greater blow to have wasted 7+/6+
for an ability which ultimately backfired against you.
These are my opinions, but I am more than willing to hear suggestions for any other circumstances I may have discounted entirely
