  oh my big time replacement for the light/shining dragon but i think it ability should have some  in it as that so far is the only immortal making element. maybe a cost of

Since Light hardly sees play, I would agree to this, but I think it's still a bit too powerful.

How about..

So the target creature is no longer Immortal if Divine Icon dies? But you would probably Immortalize Divine Icon itself first, so I don't think this changes things much.

I like it. Light needs more hard-hitting mono's besides dragons. Approve stamp for fitting idea and fairly balanced cost.

I would say this + SoR = OP, but pretty much anything+SoR=OP. I like it. Balancing issues... none for now. Seems like its pretty good.
