As long as the links there proving no copyright exists I think it's fine but Kael would have to confirm that cause I'm not so certain, I'd have a look for the copyright throughout the website but not to sure where to look.

Based on that link, I'm going to go on a hunch and say that the image you used is not protected by the copyrights of the Urantia Book, but at the same time, since they don't show the source of where they received their galactic swirl image, you never know if it's protected or not.

different picture is fine with me.
as for costs on the card i really only did it because it saves space. for this one it isnt needed so much but for others the entire box is full and with for example on a card takes up so much space i usually cannot get a decent card text to make sense and give what it needs to.
i could give it the ability name Shift.

Changes: Immaterial creatures and their skills are not used when card is activated.
No creature gets more than 1 activated ability.

For some reason, I just laughed at the idea of a Firefly Queen and a Pharaoh switching abilities if they were both affected by Galactic Shift.
