I'd put costs at 8|8, based on AM's similar turncoat effect.  The chance to fail or weaken balances this out slightly.

Also, I'd consider raining the chance of being unaffected by Control.

Also, is this a obe turn effect, or does Control last?

Sorry, I really don't get what you're trying to say.

But, I can tell you that it will be permanent, unless, another effect takes its place like liquid shadow, which replaces the mind control stasis.

Also, note that it is for every 5 , it does not use up [or εκπίπτει (ecpiptei) as we call it] the quanta, it is just 'if it is there'.

Delta and Antimatter both have effects that turn target(s) against their owners.  Because of that [ assuming: 9 damage to opponent = 9 healing to you ], the casting cost can be balanced in reference to Antimatter at 8|8, as you have chosen a different option to upgrade.

So, it's a lobotomizing spell [replace skill with 'Mind Control'], seeing as you compared it to Liquid Shadow?

I assume 'Mind Control' is passive/active, right?
Also, double targeting has been shot down in the past, because of it being too hard to implement in the actual game (or something along those lines). The essence of this card is cool though.

The issue with multi targeting is that it usually involved having the targets interacting with each other.

But this may be different than multi targeting.  Seeing as there is a condition, it could be seen as for every 5|4 , cast Delta for free.  And then you target for each.

Alright, I think I would have the Mind Control stasis as passive as it can be easily lobotomized otherwise. Also, this effects multiplt enemies, not just one.

Alright, instead of targeting, maybe random creatures would be targeted instead. But since it is random, I will consider dropping down the cost to 11|11 @Drake

And 'easily lobotomizable' is a misnomer.  There are only 4 cards that can remove abilities.  And half of them are not used.

That's what you currently have it as.  A passive active [similar to Bioluminescence, Acceleration].  If it becomes a passive [similar to Airborne, Devourer], it may prove to be an issue as there are no means of getting rid of it.

Oh, that makes 5 cards that remove skills... [Mitosis, Butterfly Effect, Acceleration, Mind Flayer, Lobotomizer].
