NOTES:
Regeneration counters (like the result of Purify) are the opposite of poison.  Using the unupgraded Black Magic with 3 poison counters leaves you with 2 poison counters (3 - 1 = 2).  Basically, it is used to take a little damage to regenerate a lot of health later.  If you stack up on tons of these, you can end up healing tons.  You can also murder yourself.

NOTE:  I changed the ability cost to 1/0 (from 2/3), but increased the activation cost of Cursed Amulet by 1.  You're paying with health already; you don't need to blow your quanta too.  I get what everyone's saying now.

Wonderful idea. Does the regeneration instantly remove poison or subtract from it point by point?

It subtracts it point-by-point.  I am going to add this to the notes.

I like this, it gives another element a way to remove poison (darkness way, of course!).
The card is balanced and doesn't really need other work, imho.
If i can suggest a thing on the flavor side, i'd like to see this as a really crude chirurgic operation, that removes poison but damages in the process. Maybe this could be a voodoo sanctuary/laboratory, since Darkness already has voodoo! I did a quick research, and found that voodoo temples are called Hounfor, Ounfo, Hunfor (i think there are many translitterations).

Ok, but that would require new art, and I am not good with art... I only used this one because it was on Wikipedia.
