Good card I wouldn't call this antirainbow though a rainbow deck could easily use this, would really mess up life rush though

If you are lucky enough to play at least 2 or 3 in the first draw or so it would be really devastating for a rainbow deck or any rush deck but it's all about the luck of the draw. If you draw this card kinda late you're done if a speed bow gets a good or normal draw.  This card would be perfect with a deck out strategy.

Every card is about the luck of the draw.

Also, it's a good counter to rainbows (currently one of the best decktypes) and your opponent could just counter by playing cards of the same element or not playing cards.
