1. It's based on current max HP. I've specifically said that in the notes.

2. I really don't know. Should it?

3. Are all the percentage cards in Elements rounded up or down? I'd just go with how you normally round it (if it's 0.5 or above it's rounded to 1, otherwise 0).

Please read. The max HP reduction is percentage-based. I've even specifically said that this spell cannot kill anyone.

SoD, 3 quanta. stoneskin, 2 quanta. its hard to say how powerful it really is, but many fire cards get more powerful as long, as they are in play. for example fahrenheit and fire lance. burning all your quanta is a huge sacrifice and will probably only be worth it at the beginning of a game.

i dont think there is really a need for this card in the game at the moment (at least not for fire decks), since you can beat survival decks (maximum SoD and Stoneskins + miracles). with the cards, that are already in the game.

but the idea itself is nice.

All right. For now, this card will only reduce max HP. Current HP is unaffected, except you can't have more current HP than your max HP.

I think it is a good card, because of the diminishing effect. Otherwise it would be totally OP.
It is also good to remove all quanta, though, i'm sure fire decks or firefly decks can still afford it every turn.
Reducing only max hp is also a good concept.

I would love for this card to be in the game. It would be awesome against false gods. 6 Soul Burns = false god with 35 hp xD

I agree, reducing max HP IS very powerful.

What I'm curious about is this: opponent has 100 max HP, and 50 current HP. You use upgraded version on him, reducing his max HP to 75. What happens to his current HP? Is it reduced to 25, to 38 or is it unchanged?

Should this only affect max HP, or max and current HP together? Should current HP be reduced by the same number or same percentage?

I think it should be like a SoD that adds +25/+25 to both current and max health.

I've already decided that this only affects max HP. Current HP is not affected, except, you know, you can't have more current HP than your max HP. This spell does not burn your body, it only burns your soul.
