Isn't Neutralise the same as destroying the Permanent, except that you've now got a useless Permanent slot?

Except if the permanent can be sacrificed like Pillars and Weapons can.
Such an effect would also increase the value of adding a permanent sacking device.

This card is good. The cost should be higher than deflagration|explosion, since it has the side effect of render a permanent slot useless and let the player draw a card, so the cost is fine as it is now, and the flavor is good. It gives life PC without being too similar to other PC.
Nice work, the more i look at this card, the more i like it!

Yeah it has few difference with destroy.
Thanks TheManuz your feedback make me glad because it was exactly what I wanted to do : something balanced, which fit life and isn't too much similar to deflag/explo.

Found another difference that can be enabled later:
Neutralization can be reversed if the card is replayed through some kind of a Reverse Time or bounce effect.

Soo, lobo for perms? Not a bad idea, but the drawing part is a bit iffy. Imma make it lobo perm and summon a random  creature, sounds it have more connection to

I also thought about generating a creature, that's kinda good but I have another idea for this.
Let me explain why I chosed draw instead of generate a creature : I made it because life wizard can also be a wise ancestor, and wise people draw cards.
Moreover have nothing to draw cards and I like drawing card a lot.

I prefer drawing too, since life has many creatures and can generate more with mitosis. This adds variety.
