Why is this in ? Just wondering. It's nice to see get some CC, but it's pretty soft CC though.

I saw this as a process of life. Being reborn or starting new. Plus, yes, I think that Life needs a little CC.

I think it's a cool card, but it would only be used in decks that would use it for themselves rather than as CC, as you never know if the oponent is gonna have a lava golem immo rush or a simple SN rush. That makes it situational. As it's soft CC, maybe would be good adding a second or bigger effect.

Not necessarily. This would work on creatures that had been lobo'd, accelerated, poisoned, etc. and many more I'm sure.

It would be interesting if it could target an intargetable creature. Like someone with a Quintessence on it.
The wording for this is tricky to find.

This card is interesting. 

but, i think the cost is too bit much, because this card is rather situational (should be test though).
I think this card should cost like sundial cost.
unupp: 1 life quanta
upp: 1 any quanta.

Then, i think the name of the card should be easier to understand, such us
revitalize, or
refresh.

Metempsychosis is too complicated..
