My thoughts on a couple of these. I'm not trying to rag on anyone, just thought it might be helpful for people to hear why I didn't vote for certain things.

Instant aging: it's firebolt only better. Time should not have better damage dealing spells than fire. Cut the damage to two and then maybe we'll talk

Reverse Spawn: instant death to any deck that doesn't have time quanta. This spell can not only instantly remove a big, scary creature regardless of it's hp, but fills a slot on the enemy board with a useless creature.

Future Shock (not upgraded delayed bolt): It's improved mutation, maxwell's demon and parallel universe rolled into one . . . as a time card. Seems a bit like randomly handing three different abilities from other elements to mono time. I can appreciate the theme you're going for though.

Mare Crisium: could be really OP with deja vu . . . but I can't be certain. Still making up my mind on this.

Delayed Bolt: Three turns is a long time to wait just to take out one creature . . . maybe cut the delay down a bit? And does this use your quanta total when you cast the spell or when it goes off?

Essence Cycle: Wait, why is this a time card? It isn't effecting time quanta (aside from those used to play the card). Seems like it's designed to work only for a very specific type of rainbow deck . . . at least if I understand the card correctly . . . very confusing. I agree that there should be more ways to get quanta, but many of these cards I see seem to be very complicated and confusing.

Shifting Sands: Very confusing, and I'm not really sure what the aim is . . . seems like an attempt to boost mono time by introducing an unusual sort of pillar control. The upgrade just makes the whole thing utterly bizarre, in that it implies the non-upgraded version only works on non-upgraded pillars . . . it also seems like it would be very limited in what sort of deck it would be useful for.

Alchemist: OP, several other people have already said so. And why is this a time card?

I feel that there is a lack of creatures in the "middle" in time, and these work well in giving Time more offensive capabilities rather than waiting and hastening, waiting and hastening. As much as controlling the time in game is effective, Time isn't that well rounded in my view.
I can understand with your reasoning on Time Traveler giving an 'offensive' capability to Time, Anachron Warrior seems to do the opposite - it's completely defensive in that the enemy player NEEDS to have a spell to damage the card, or else the Warrior can be otherwise considered to be an 'immortal' creature (except vulnerable to Thunderbolt, Fire/Ice Lance, Siphon Life, and possibly Mutate/Gravity Pull).

I chose Sekmet as one of the 'mid-hitters', because it's ability can be tied into :time as a mono and works surprisingly well with Anubis upgraded or not. Of course, I'm hoping my card idea gets through... ^^;;
I wouldn't say it's completely defensive, as 7 damage is quite a good amount for the 6 :time cost. It's basically a damage dealer with more survivability than a mere damage dealing creature. A defensive creature in my view stops attacks and destroys permanents and would maybe protect other creatures (Anubis).

Furthermore, who would put Anachron Warrior in their deck for it's defensive capabilities and NOT it's decent amount of damage? If it only had defensive capabilities, then it would be a dead creature slot on the field, seeing as it only protects itself.

Ah, "Time Paradox" is not meant to be Paradox with the time ability, it's a different ability completely. Time Paradox: This creature is sacrificed when the original is destroyed (passive). I should probably rename the ability, but haven't thought of a better name.

Okay, future shock makes a lot more sense now.

This was in part why I thought I should comment--most of the time what turns me away from a card isn't necessarily that I dislike the idea, but that I don't necessarily get what the author is going for.

Allow me to campaign for Sekhmet for a bit.

This creature fills a current void in :time for a mid-range attacker.  Added to that is a fairly useful ability that allows a key card to not be lost when killed.  It's a mono version of creature protection.  Not as good as Anubis, but it doesn't require :aether either.  And in addition to this, there are several combos you can use to prevent deck-out if necessary.

Vote for Sekhmet!

I've updated Fountain of Youth.

I tried to make the card a little clearer and reduced the cost by 1
