Hi,
here is the counterpart to the Plumy Cultist as it can half the base attack. I don't know if it's possible to increase the time of delaying effects, but it would be a nice add.
And i know that this would be op with Basislisk Blood but the other way would be a fixed value. And that would be too strong with the time delaying shield.

isnt it suppose to say double, and not dopple? BTW i like the card... I really dont see it being used very much, although it would give procrastination a boost I suppose. I actually think its cost is too high to summon the creature though.

Oops, i forgot to correct the mistake.  :-X
And I won't change the cost because all creatures from the series shall have the same cost. Could an ability change help the card? So that the time increasing would be +3turns and not an doubling.

Yes, you can use it against the same creature multiple times per turn. But I think that I need to reduce the increased time because it would be to strong with Basilisk Blood or the earth nymph.

This spelling is still on the main Time card crucible page, just FYI

I changed two things:
* decreased the ability costs of both cards to 1
* increased the HP of the Priest from 3 to 4

Wouldn't this card be really OP with CC decks? 12 turns out for basilisk blood and 8 for congeal? put this with arctic squid in a deck and you can control up to 8 creatures at a time with just one of each.
